Now Hiring: HR Reasonable Accommodation Representative

M-F 10am-6:30pm

Start Date: 12/2/2019

Accommodation Intake Partner manages inbound calls within the Reasonable Accommodations call center for majority of the shift; balances remainder of the day by managing the documentation intake process with colleagues to ensure timely case management of the reasonable accommodations

  • High school / GED required
  • Human Resources experience or related field preferred
  • Additional related training or certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR certification) a plus
  • Experience with ADAAA, understanding of FMLA, and similar state regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with colleagues in inbound call center environment which may entail matters with challenging callers or challenging topics while maintaining confidentiality
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
