Currently we are hiring Customer Care Advocates for one of the leading Health care provider Company here in Indianapolis!

Job Qualification:-
  • 1 year of experience in Call center/Customer Service.
  • 1 year of experience in Health care industry.
  • Handling high volume Inbound and Outbound calls.
  • Good tenure (no job hopping).
  • Available to work an eight hour shift between 8:00am - 8:00pm.
  • Must have HSD or GED.

Job Description:-
  • Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls.
  • Customer follow up regarding insurance plans.
  • Handling escalations.
  • Patient registration/Scheduling.

Shift Timings:-
  • Should be flexible to work between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (any 8 hrs)

  • $14-$15/hr (*weekly pay)
